Submit Manuscript

Submissions to the San Diego International Law Journal should be sent electronically through Scholastica. If not available through your location, please submit articles to usd.sdilj@gmail.com.

When submitting an article for possible publication, please make sure your package includes:

  1. Cover Letter.
  2. Resume
  3. Abstract
  4. Article.
  5. Key words.

All submissions should be roughly 40 pages or less.
Citations should conform to the 22nd edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
Once an article is received, our editors will try to review the article and give a response within 2 weeks. If there is a high volume of articles coming into the office, this process might take longer.
Once an article is accepted for publishability, the editors will contact the author and give a publishability offer.
